- nMan Rule is a Batavia, Illinois based Blues/Rock solo artist also known as Mark Dixon. - nMan Rule takes his love of the sounds from Classic Rock and Blues songs and uses them as a foundation for his own recipes of original music. - nMan Rule has released two albums of original music to date. Foot Down (2006) and Born in a Bad Mood (2017). - Most recently, WFXF 103.9 in Crystal Lake IL chose to play ‘Frosty’ from ‘Born in a Bad Mood’ on their local music program ‘The Garage’ on December 23rd, 2019. Mark’s original music has been aired on four other local radio stations as well. - Mark plays a variety of guitars on nMan Rule recordings as well as providing Vocals, Harmonica and Synthesizers to create a full band sound which includes Drums, Bass, Strings and Horns. - The music is recorded in Mark’s personal home studio which gives him the ability to control the recording schedule as well as maintaining complete creative control over the project. - Besides original material nMan Rule also performs a wide variety of covers including artists like Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Neil Young, AC-DC and more.
